PROSYSTEM® wall and column mounted jib cranes are flexible solution for workstation applications. The hoist is self-centring and easy to slew providing space for large lifts.

For low headroom locations the jib cranes are delivered with a bottom support to achieve the best possible lifting height.

PROSYSTEM® wall mounted jib cranes

A PROSYSTEM® wall mounted jib crane is a flexible solution for a workstation,
which is near a wall or other vertical element.
It can be mounted under a bridge crane to which height ever and it requires only little space.


 


PROSYSTEM® column mounted
jib cranes

PROSYSTEM® column mounted jib crane is suitable in cases when there is no required mounting support for wall mounted jib crane. The height of the column is chosen by the lifting height wanted.

Wall-mounted and column-mounted jib cranes, including the trolley and the electrical equipment for the current feed, are delivered surface treated. The hoist is ordered separately.

For low headroom applications

® Little-John Wall and column mounted jib cranes

The construction of Little-John jib crane is a new solution for low headroom applications where the space available has to be utilized as effi ciently as possible. Versatility, simplicity and ergonomics are characteristic of this product. There is a steel plate collar welded to the other end of the jib profi le.

The jib will be mounted to bearing tube from the steel plate with four screws and nuts. This way the installation is extremely easy and simple.

Little-John jib crane is an excellent solution to be used with electric or manual chain hoist as well as with various balancers, lifting devices and, for example, to carry a welding machine.

Manufacturing plants with low head rooms often face the problem that acquired lifting height is not enough. Often there is a need to utilize every centimetre of the free space available in the vertical direction. In these cases a conventional jib crane with an overbrace is not an optimal solution.

The load range of Little-John jib crane is 30-250kg.

The maximum length of the jib is 3m and column height 3,5m.

Jib cranes are delivered powder painted, the jib yellow and the column gray, trolley included.

Cranes from 80 kg to 250 kg are delivered with electrical equipment for the current
