Requirement: Replacement stop log crane installation as part of  harbour refurbishments


Site Problems: 

Works carried out as part of an extensive refurbishment programme. 
Difficult access required specialist craneage.

Solution:

The old manuallly operated derrick crane replaced with a new electrically powered free standing swing jib crane.
Marine grade paint finish
360 degree rotation
Control box in IP65 double enclosure.
Plug-in pendant control.
Operations lighting mounted on column.
Two legged chain sling to  semi automatic stop logs
lifting beam
 

Design, manufacture, installation and testing of two complete systems provided by Dales’ in-house crane division.
